#ErnestObscura theme: Slow adventure

In our books, the best adventures are slow – when you put the journey at the heart of an experience and travel at a pace that lets you appreciate the landscape and connect with people along the way. We would love to share photos that capture the essence of slow adventure, whether you’re exploring the highlands by sleeper train, padding a canoe down the Wye or hiking to a remote wild camping spot on Dartmoor.

Enter our first #ErnestObscura competition and you could win an Edinburgh Lambswool scarf from Harrison & Fyfe.

Edinburgh Lambswool are one of the oldest weaving communities in the world and pride themselves on creating high quality, timeless goods. Harrison & Fyfe is a carefully curated range of quality men’s accessories from the finest brands and designers in the industry. They care little for pretensions. What they do care for is process, materials, ethos and passion. They are our kind of people.

For your chance to win, simply share your slow adventure photo with us on TwitterFacebook or Instagram using the hashtag #ErnestObscura and mentioning @ErnestJournal.
