Monday 14 December - Austria, Denmark, Germany, Iceland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland

Within the UK
There are reports of Royal Mail parcels taking slightly longer than normal, so please allow 7-10 days to receive your order. If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days, we will be happy to look into this for you.
Europe*
We've been told to expect a 10-14 day delay (on standard delivery times) for most European destinations. *Please see below for exceptions.
Rest of the world
Due to extensive delays via Economy Sea Freight shipping, as of 1 October 2020 we are upgrading the following destinations to Airmail service, for which we will add £1 to the usual shipping cost:

Unfortunately, as of 1 April, we are unable to post to the following countries: Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Botswana, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Chad, Cuba, Djibouti, Ecuador, Fiji, French Polynesia, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Iran, Jamaica, Kosovo, Malawi, Mauritius, Mauritania, Nepal, Pakistan, Paraguay, Peru, Rwanda, Samoa, Sri Lanka, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Tanzania, Thailand, Togo, Turkmenistan, Tunisia, Turks & Caicos, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Zambia, Zimbabwe. If you still decide to place an order, we will hold parcel in our warehouse until a time when it can be despatched.
Other restrictions
Please note that we may not be able to amend or cancel an order once we have sent details to our dispatching warehouse, so please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to amend your order and please note that we may not always be able to carry out your requests.
